I cook to create happiness
For me, cooking is one way I create happiness for myself, my loved ones, and my guests—so I focus on warmth, generosity, and food that feels both exciting and comforting.
I learned early, then sharpened my craft in Italy
I learned to cook at home from a really young age because my parents weren’t good at cooking, and I built my professional foundation in Italy at a restaurant called LeGatte—experience that still guides my discipline and standards today.
I trust my palate and my memory
I’ve travelled the world, eaten great food, and watched great chefs at work. I rely on good taste and a strong memory to keep my cooking honest, balanced, and rooted in real experience.

Chef Facundo Salasfacu was so lovely and his food was amazing all guests were highly impressed with his food and the chef himself. We will definitely be having Chef Facundo Salasfacu cater for us again.
